1. New Years Eve Cutie
Taken at our New Years Eve party ~ Sierra.
2. The New Baby
A picture of the new camera that the my wonderful husband and our kids surprised me with on Christmas Eve.
3. HAPPY BIRTHDAY
She is now officially 7!
4. Easy*Bake
Chloe's Christmas gift from her big brother. She used it several times this week and mommy has even done research on other cheap great recipes for the EasyBake oven.
5. Monkeying Around
I must be old getting old, cuz I just cannot stay warm or recover from being cold like I used to.
Monkey slippers to the rescue..
6. The Little Heater
Here I sit with a portable heater running while wearing a sweatshirt, t-shirt and undershirt and not to mention my monkey slippers. Chloe, however, decided this is what she would like to wear today when the temperature is below freezing. At least it warmed my heart ~ the rest of me was still cold.
7. Touch Screens
For months now I have been thinking and telling anyone who will listen about how horrible it would be if you had a touch screen phone and the touch screen broke. You would not be able to do anything with the phone. Well, low and behold . . . my touch screen broke just out of the blue. No dropping. No spilling liquid. Nothing. It worked fine in the morning and slowly lost all function by the late afternoon.
I was wrong, though. I could answer the phone. That was it. I could not place calls, unless you were the last one to call me. I could not text. I could not read texts I received. Panic! I got online, checked my contract and luckily was able to order a replacement without having to pay a penny.
Moral of the story ~ get phone insurance or just go with a really cheap phone.
